Kim Kardashian is reportedly meeting with divorce lawyers. According to Us Weekly, a source close to the situation says the reality television star is exploring her options to leave Kanye West, her husband of six years.
Although in the past she “wanted to make it work,” Ye’s latest Twitter rampage appears to be the final straw. The source added she only refrained from filing earlier “because of their children.”
The couple has four kids together — North West, 7, Saint West, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 14 months. But during Kanye’s first campaign rally in South Carolina on July 12, he tearfully confessed he pressured Kardashian to abort North.
“I was having, like, you know, the rapper’s lifestyle, so she said she was pregnant and for one month and two months and three months we talked about her not having this child,” he said. “She had the pills in her hand … I almost killed my daughter!”

The following day, Kanye tweeted some shocking allegations about the Kardashian-Jenner family, including his wife, mother-in-law Kris Jenner and her longtime boyfriend Corey Gamble, who he referred to as “Calmye.”
“Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out because I cried about saving my daughter’s life yesterday,” he wrote. “If I get locked up like Mandela Y’all will know why. Kris don’t play with me. You and that Calmye are not allowed around my children. Y’all tried to lock me up.”
But that was only the tip of the iceberg. Early Wednesday morning (July 22), Kanye’s Twitter spree continued and he suggested Kardashian cheated on him with Meek Mill, accused Jenner of white supremacy and insisted he’s wanted a divorce for at least a year.
Subsequently, Kardashian issued a statement through her Instagram Stories and lightly touched on what it was like living with someone with bipolar disorder. She concluded her statement by asking the public and media to exercise compassion and empathy.
