Atlanta, GA – Lil Durk was reportedly the target of a violent home invasion on Sunday (July 11). According to TMZ, multiple people broke into Durk’s home in the Chateau Elan neighborhood of Braselton — about an hour outside of Atlanta — and exchanged gunfire with The Voice rapper and his girlfriend India Cox who was also at the house.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed they were both victims of a home invasion and aggravated assault. Durk and Cox apparently fired back, but neither was injured. No further details are available at this time.

FBI is trying to execute a search warrant.’”

Several of Lil Durk’s friends and family members have been victims of gun violence over the past few years. Most recently, Durk’s older brother OTF DThang was shot and killed outside of a Chicago strip club. Witnesses at the scene said he was struck in the head and died instantly.
