New Year’s Eve is going to look a bit different this year amid the COVID-19 pandemic. With much of the world staying indoors, CyberWurld is another virtual event as an option for fans on December 31.
The self-billed virtual reality shows will feature performances from headliner Playboi Carti, who just dropped his long-awaited Whole Lotta Red album, “Adderall (Corvette Corvette)” rapper Pop Hunna, Sada Baby, $NOT, Lil Eazzyy and more.

CyberWurld is set to get the party started at 8 p.m. EST on New Year’s Eve. The free broadcast will be available on CyberWurld’s website and Twitch. CyberWurld also released a purple-drenched merchandise collection to commemorate the unique event’s circumstances.

If the aforementioned lineup doesn’t pique your interests, there are plenty of other Hip Hop livestreams set for NYE. Saweetie will be performing alongside Jason Derulo for TikTok’s New Year’s Eve celebration, which finds Lil Yachty playing host and a guest appearance from Cardi B. Saweetie will also be making an appearance at the Bud Light-sponsored NYE party in Las Vegas, which features her “Tap In (Remix)” collaborators Post Malone and Jack Harlow.
On the other hand, Diddy will be having a quieter NYE than usual. The Hip Hop mogul canceled his famous annual New Year’s Ever rager, deeming it too unsafe with the pandemic to hold the in-person event with its usual capacity.
