Waka Flocka got his COVID-19 test and he wants to make sure everyone knows about it … even though he’s said he doesn’t believe in the virus in the past.
The Brick Squad rapper hit Instagram as he was getting swabbed up the nose, unsurprisingly cringing at how uncomfortable the interaction was.
“Alright, come on. Let’s go” he said to the woman as he prepared to take the test, though it looked like he was really trying to hype himself up more than anything.

Back in March before the world went into full quarantine, Waka stopped by Real 92.3 in Los Angeles where he declared the virus fake.
“It’s fake … Minorities can’t catch it,” he said. “Name one though. We all descended from the same persons. Now, did we catch it? It hit the people passing through our airport [Atlanta], it ain’t touch them soulful folks.”
Waka also came under fire earlier this month after posing questions about Black-on-Black crime, essentially suggesting the Black community should focus on the inner-city violence before raging a war against police.
“How can we as a community beg the police to don’t shoot but we killing each other still?” he wrote. “We gotta ask ourself how bad do we want true freedom?”
Warner Music Group artist Chika was quick to respond and provide him with answers – though they likely weren’t what he was expecting.
“in simple terms, nobody else has been asked to stop killing each other if they don’t wanna be killed,” she said. “this is stupid and would only come from someone who doesn’t have the range to understand double standards. or umm.. racism? in simpler terms, shut the hell up, flocka.”
As of Monday (September 21), there have been 6,786,352 reported cases of COVID-19 in the United States with just under 200,000 deaths.
