MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL – Law enforcement agents swirling the El Mula Banquet Hall rap concert crime scene are asking for the public’s help.

The Miami-Dade Police Department released a 30-second surveillance clip on Monday (May 31) that shows the three purported gunmen exit the same white Nissan Pathfinder SUV initially reported fleeing the scene.

According to police testimony obtained by CBS4 News, the killers camped out in the parking lot for 40 minutes waiting for the concert to end, where local rappers AMBG Spitta and Foepack performed, before making their move. The video footage shows the gunmen only need a few seconds to pull off the hit.

The incident left two people dead and another 25 injured.

“During the concert, patrons were standing outside the business when a white SUV pulled up with three subjects, stepped out of the vehicle with assault rifles and handguns, and began shooting indiscriminately into the crowd of which we believe is a targeted act of gun violence,” Miami-Dade Police Director Freddy Ramirez told Florida media.

He also condemned the attack, the violence and the ongoing war in the streets.

“This is a despicable act of gun violence a cowardly act,” Ramirez continued. “This type of gun violence has to stop. Every weekend it is the same thing. This is targeted. This is definitely not random.”

Miami-Dade County Commissioner Keon Hardemon also called the shooting “acts of domestic terrorism.”

Investigators believe one of the rappers performing were shot in the ankle but didn’t specify which one. They also claim people in the crowd actually fired back on the assailants, leaving up to 100 rounds left to clean up.
