Boosie Badazz and his war with Instagram continues. On Tuesday (August 3), the inflammatory rapper’s second Instagram account, which was on the verge of crossing one million followers, was deactivated by the social media platform giant.
But it didn’t take long for Boosie to erect another one and he had some theories he thought could explain why he was punished again.
“I told y’all dey was puttin new rules in earlia smh,” he wrote. “You can’t even say da word now unless you uplifting it! You know, da opposite of str8, Yea dat 1! Dey don took my dawg shit again!! Just follow @hesbackagain2021. We need our own shit dawg!! N-ggaz gettin bullied.”

While the company didn’t explain exactly why the account was shut down, Boosie Badazz could be right. His removal could possibly pertain to his recent rant about the LGBTQ community.
On Monday (August 2), Boosie went on a heated tirade in response to DaBaby being kicked off several festivals in the wake of his homophobic comments at Rolling Loud Miami on July 25.
“It’s sad how y’all trying to force this gay stuff on the world,” he said. “It’s sad, bro, how y’all tryin’ to ban artists. Y’all sad, bro. It’s sad, bro. In 10 years, it ain’t gonna be normal for a kid to be straight. It’s sad, bro. Y’all tryin’ force it on these kids. You pushin’ it on the artists, push it on all the biggest artists. You know why? ‘Cause the kids love those artists.”

Boosie has been taking shots at Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Instagram head Adam Mosseri for ages. Last month, Mosseri fielded some questions on Instagram and was asked why Boosie was banned.
He explained, “The only content we try to take off of Instagram is when there’s safety concerns. You don’t lose your account or get it suspended until you have a lot of strikes. And at some point, we have to draw the line.”
But Boosie believed there was more sinister reasons at play and replied, “THEY DON’T WANT TO SEE OUR PEOPLE SMILING. RACIST.”
In March, Boosie accused Zuckerberg of being a racist, too. In this particular instance, he was incensed after his account was deactivated yet again for violating the company’s policies.
Instagram shut it down when a video of Boosie slapping the bejeezus out of a man for his DaBaby-assisted “Period” video went viral. He then labeled Zuckerberg a “racist” for the deactivation after returning with another account.
