At this point, what doesn’t Snoop Dogg do? From his executive role at Def Jam Recordings and seemingly endless endorsement opportunities to co-host of VH1’s Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party and studio commitments, Uncle Snoop is a man of many talents who doesn’t appear to get much sleep.

After popping up on Dr. Dre’s 1992 single “Deep Cover” at the ripe age of 19, contributing to the bona fide Hip Hop classic The Chronic and achieving platinum status with 1993’s Doggystyle, Snoop has since evolved into an entertainment powerhouse worth over $150 million.

Snoop Dogg Announces ‘Algorithm’ LP With New Mt. Westmore Single Featuring Ice Cube, Too Short & E-40

Eighteen solo and seven collaborative albums, 45 mixtapes and 47 movies appearances later, he’s prepping yet another project called The Algorithm, which he announced on Tuesday (October 19) with the first Mt. Westmore single, “Big Subwoofer.”

On Wednesday (October 20), Hip Hop came out in droves to show their love to the D-O-Double-G on his 50th birthday, wishing the weed-loving, genre-bending former Crip a happy “C-Day.”

50 Cent, Warren G, Ice-T, Bow Wow, Parliament-Funkadelic legend Bootsy Collins, J.J. Fad, Big U and Public Enemy’s Flavor Flav were just a sliver of famous names celebrating Snoop Dogg.
