DJ Khaled, like many people stuck at home amid the coronavirus pandemic, is struggling to stay well-groomed. The We The Best Music Group founder lamented his shaggy look and laughed at his need for a haircut in an Instagram post on Monday (April 13).
“THEY DONT WANT ME TO GET A HAIRCUT SMH !” he captioned a picture of his scruffy beard. “I will get haircut I will figure it out soon lol Quarantine alert Im get my Barbour a space suit stay tuned ! I NEED MY BEARD OIL ! Lol !”

While Khaled’s grooming woes provided a little levity during these difficult times, the DJ is also looking to help the fight against COVID-19 in a more effective way. “The King Of Snapchat” will be participating in the Saving Our Selves: A BET COVID-19 Relief Effort telethon alongside artists such as Chance The Rapper and Kelly Rowland.
“BET is using all of our resources – our capital, our media platforms, our relationships with the creative community, sponsors, businesses and charitable organizations to support our community in this time of crisis,” the network’s president Scott Mills said in a press release.
The BET-led fundraiser is scheduled to air on April 22. In partnership with the United Way, all donations will be provided to African American communities in regions severely impacted by COVID-19.
