At best, Drake’s Nike collaboration NOCTA has been minimal, but the 6 God is looking to up the ante with a new drop from the elusive line. On Thursday (September 23), Drake’s NOCTA line unleashed their newest golf collection.
The collection features 10 apparel and accessory pieces intended to elevate the traditional idea of golfing attire. Some of the clothing leaked over the last few days showing various items such as a green long sleeve shirt and white visor cap. According to Drake’s Instagram post on Wednesday (September 22), the collection is inspired by his uncle, who taught him the game of golf.
“A collection dedicated to one of my idols,” Drake wrote in the caption. “A man who took me under his wing and showed me much of what life had to offer and even more so what your own life can become when you are dedicated and loyal. My grandmother Evelyn Sher has a resting place close to the King Valley Golf Club and our drives and visits to that course hold some of my most valuable life lessons and will forever be cherished. The Stephen Sher Nocta Golf collection is available September 23rd.”

Drake also shared a hand-written note from his uncle in the set of pictures in his Instagram post.
“From the first time I saw you as a young boy, driving the cart at King Valley,” Uncle Steve wrote. “I had a feeling that golf would be our special connection. Sharing the gift of golf has been a joyful adventure for us. Best is yet to come. love Uncle Steve.”
Fans can purchase the collection on the NOCTA website if it hasn’t already sold out.
Drake and Nike launched NOCTA back in December 2020 to a lot of fanfare. The sublabel is inspired and named after the 6 God’s nocturnal recording process, and the first collection dropped December 18 featuring a sweatshirt, winter bubble jackets, Tech fleece, gloves and hats.
“I mean, growing up Nike was everything,” Drake said in a statement. “It felt like every shoe I wanted, every athlete I liked, everything I owned was Nike. It didn’t mean anything unless it had a Swoosh.”
