Montreal-based hard-rock band Rival, comprising Jeremy Helten, Matt Baker, Mike Chretien, and Corrado Johnson, have once again come together to release a full-power album entitled Down The Rabbit Hole, a 10-track record. One of the most interesting musical discoveries of 2020 so far, this fantastic record is a one way trip to a planet where everything sounds louder, greater, and simply better than anything else you’ve heard in the genre.
Their very own aesthetics are filled with energetic rhythms and straightforward lyrics that share the band’s lessons learned over the years, both collectively and on individual levels. The overall result is powerful and organic, and we can’t wait to see what they have in store for us next.
